Bag Raiders: Turbo Love (& Remixes)

Dope song from Bag Raiders, house duo from Sydney, Australia. Even doper remix from Light Year. Shinichi Osawa...ehh. Not terrible and much love to ya, but not on Light Years' level for this one my man :)!
This remix makes me feel like I'm in the 80's walking confidently down the street in a groovy fresh all white crocodile skin suit with multi-colored lights flashing down on me from who knows where as I pimp walk down my imaginary red carpet with my gold headed cane turning heads and not givin a fuck who's lookin at my glorious self. If only it were real :/ Listen to this song (Light Year Remix) and you might know what I'm talkin about!

Miami Horror: I look to you

Just came across Miami Horror from Melbourne, Australia somehow, someway. Looked them up on youtube and randomly clicked a song that appealed to me: cool thread and title/artist name (I think the word Kimbra is what got my attention. It sounds cool, okay?). The rest is history. I liked what I was hearing and BLAM! Posted it.
Anyone that likes disco/house and/or happy/chill music with a 70's/80's feel will like this. Enjoi.

Skrillex: Get Up (Korn)

Skrillex & Korn on "Get it Up". Not a huge fan of this song, but who knows, you might like it.

Skrillex: First of the Year

Yet another one from Skrillex. Ok I'm not a huge Skrillex fan-bitch. The way he looks kind of bothers/scares me. However, I still get down to his shtuff u know what I'm sayin? I like the sounds although they are mostly all the same. I pretty much like to womp. It's what I do.
Here's "First of the Year".

Skrillex: Died This Way

New Big Skrillex Tune!! Never thought Lady Gaga could sound so good. It's as if she just got killed by the womp monster and...Died This Way :p.
(Sorry for the creepy ass picture. It made me uncomfortable on about 666 different levels, but it's better looking than Skrillex...)

Rusko: Asda Car Park (Radio Rip)

Here's a new tasty Rusko banger off of Skream and Bengas "In New DJs We Trust" show on BBC Radio 1. This isn't even out yet. Rusko says the name will be "Asda Car Park", which is not "Asda 2" as it says in some places online. There is no confirmed release date, so keep your eyes and ears open for the release forthcoming on Mad Decent! In the meantime, if you would like to hear/download it, ere it iz.

Benga: Man on a Mission/Magnetic Man: Perfect Stranger (Benga Remix)

Another classic by Benga, the man who never showed up to North Coast because of flight difficulties...
Still gotta love the man. He keeps it true. Below the original is the Katy B and Benga version. And below THAT is the Benga remix of Magnetic Man and Katy B's "Perfect Stranger".  Enjoy.

SHPONGLE & EXCISION @ CONGRESS THEATRE May 14, 2011!!!!!!!

Archnemesis: Diamonds & Glass EP

Archnemesis. Where do I begin? Saw these guys throw down last night and I didn't know who was playing and it was killin me. Thankfully at the end they said "We Are Archnemesis". Phew. MiMoSA can thank them for getting the crowd sweaty and riled up before his set. Their sound is funky electronica, ghetto-tech, with fun wobbles and synths that will flow through your body like a... wave of funk entering the ears and exiting the anus? Jk. If you  Pretty Lights, MiMOSA, not so much MartyParty, but it's in the hood, and all that other good stuff you'll also get down to Archnemesis. To download this 5 track EP, sign up for the Archnemesis e-mail list and you'll get your download...click here.  It's for sure worth it.

Tremourz: We Are Ready

Tremourz with that "waaa wa wa waaa waa waa waaaa, bow chiwowuuu". Good shit.

Zodiac Cartel

Just randomly came across Zodiac Cartel while clicking away at some youtube vids. Glad that I clicked where I clicked because if I didn't, I would have missed out on one of the funnest one person raves I have ever attended at 2:33 in the morning in the vicinity of my shitty and shitty smelling dorm room. This guy definitely brings the funk to the house and makes you want to eat some beans and go apeshit! From Ravers to House/Electro-House lovers, you will LOVE this guy if you haven't already heard him. Pretty fun to snap your neck back to and get down with the boogie down knaw'h mean?
Highly suggested you don't pass these FREE DOWNLOADS up. Stay thirsty my friends.

Rusko: Everyday (Netsky Remix)

Drum & Bass artists Netsky's poppy dub-ish twist to Rusko's "Everyday" has gotten a fair amount of attention, so you should probably listen to it, I guess... check it. Also, Rusko's Everyday/Lick the Lizard EP is out; Cop it on iTunes.

Wacka Flocka Flame: Grove St. Party

Now I'm not a huge fan of Wacka Flocka (I actually think he's pretty stupid and talentless), but this beat got the best of me, and I dig the message it sends:

"I gotta a whole lot of money, bitches count it for me, Bottle keep poppin that's why the bad hoes jockin...
My partna on a pill, my other partna drunk, rollin a lot I'm tryna get fucked up"- what life's all about

Video accompanies the song quite well i must say. I'd say green was the appropriate color choice for this hood ass video. Grove St. know how to get down. Get buck.

Liquid Stranger: Not Gonna Get Us

Remember those little lesbians Tatu that came out with that video that every 8-14 year old boy was jerking off to? Well, here's something else Tatu related you can bust your load to. Liquid Stranger
drops some more beautiful bass on your face as he never fails to do.

(click ctrl+click, then save as, dipshit)

More Liquid Stranger Filth

Well what do you know? Just a couple more bangers by fuckn' Liquid Stranger off his album "Mechanoid Meltdown" for those who haven't already heard it (and you're late if you haven't. The only reason I'm posting this is because I can't sleep and I need something to do). I'm kind of sick of all this dudes good shit. Dirty as fat people's undies every time goddammit! I would honestly like to stop shitting my pants. Not cool L.S. You owe me about $560 worth of Laundry detergent.

Jogo

Some tracks by filthy dubstep producer Jogo.
Not exactly my favoritekind of dubstep (lacks quality sounds/quite common/amateur), but if you're looking for new underground artists, take a listen. Isss aiiigghhtt!

Michal Menert: Dreaming of a Bigger Life

Michal Menert, part of the Pretty Lights Record Label and good friend of Derek Vincent Smith A.K.A. Pretty Lights, has got those similar wonderful grooves and beautiful sounds that make us love PL so much. As the PL Record Label page describes it, "His sound combines obscure vintage samples from both Eastern European and Western vinyl with rich analog synthesis and organic hard hitting beats. It is a fusion of yesterday’s elements and tomorrow’s ideas." Quite well said I must say. If you like Pretty Lights you will definitely like Michal Menert. Take a listen.

The Widdler: B-Sides and Bootlegs

Oh yeah baby!!! Some free dope Widdler tracks available for download! Don't miss out on these free unique tracks from a rare artist, one of my personal faves! I am so glad this album came out. This is not your average dubstep; in fact I'm not completely convinced you can even call it dubstep, although it does have some dub influences, and many many more influences that you do not regularly find. Pay attention to the samples because they make the song that much cooler to listen to. "Lituya Bay" blows my mind and paints a perfect picture in my brain of what is going on in the song: two nomadic cultures that live as their ancestor have for thousands of years, finally colliding. If you have a vivid imagination and are interested in how life came to be, you will appreciate it. I can't explain why this is so badass, but I find it pretty goddamn interesting, and the Widdler is mixing in dub with tribal chants and exotic sounds that the tribes people most likely sounded like during their long treacherous voyages across the landscape. This definitely isn't the only song that I am profoundly impressed by. I like every single song on this album, and am sure that you will too (if you know what's up).
Please do ME a favor, but more so yourself and download this album. Take the time to listen to it. Summer is near! This is a perfect summertime/j-smoking album to kick back to and enjoy the suns rays shining down on your soul! Enjoy! One love!
THE WIDDLER.

Here's a couple of my personal favorites.

New Datsik!? WHaT!?

My motherfucking man DATSIK coming out with some new crunk shit! However, the new Datsik is nothing compared to the old Datsik that we all loved and admired like no other. His old tracks told a story through bass and brought you to different planets. In other words, he was more than successful in impressing the fuck out of whoever would hear his work. Sadly, he's kind of lost his character and that unique Datsik sound. He's starting to sound like your average, ok dubstep producer: flavorless sounds and bland flow; not the one of a kind genius that he used to be. It almost seems like he's rushing through making the songs instead of taking time and putting some extra heart and soul into his songs. Hopefully, the old Datsik will once again emerge and shit on our faces like he used to do oh so well. Nevertheless, his new material is still worthy of being listened to and is still capable of fucking shit up. It's just not as good as it used to be. Check out some of these new ones.

D-Jahsta: Transmorph Remixes

Some narsty D-Jahsta "Transmorph" remixes for yall ass by various artists.
Free downloads & shit.

Nope. No Download for you.

Ajapai: Detected EP

Tokyo based "Robostep/Robofilth" (as I like to call it) producer Ajapai is at it again, releasing one of the nastiest EP's to shoot out of Japan's asshole. If you were to take Optimus Prime and Megatron, make them duke it out, then force them into having robot sex, while transforming, this is what it would sound like, or something along the lines of that... Ajapai's sound makes you think of machines transforming, and it is a one of a kind sound. You can categorize him with the dubstep monsters, Excision & Datsik, who also do amazing things with bass and make you believe that robots are destroying the planet. Ajapai deserves some of that glory. Download the EP. I listed the songs in order of the ones I like most to the ones I like least. Prepare yourself for the eargasm/mindgasm. Enjoy.

Pyramid- Trouble (The Others Dub Mix)

Sick body rocking dub mix by The Others. Very Nice. It's got an underground UK garage feel to it for those of you who are fans of that.
Don't buy it. Free download at the bottom.

DJ Cam: New York New York

Really, really, really feeling everything about this tune. This song makes winter feel like summer and reminds me of walking around Chicago on a sunny day smoking a blunt freely without a care in the world along the lake or wandering in Lincoln Park.
The way DJ Cam fusions these jazzy sounds and the funky bass line with the hip-hop beat is quite beautiful and makes me want to walk around the city while putting this song on repeat.
Unfortunately, no DL link :/ (video2mp3. that's all I'm sayin)

MiMOSA: 58 degrees

Free music is always good. Free good music is even better. The 58 degrees EP by MiMOSA is clutch and I'm really feeling this one. Whether you want to party, chill out, do some backflips, this EP will allow you to do all of those to the best of your ability, especially the backflips. MiMOSA brings dubstep, glitch, drum & basship hop vocals and his own unique sound to the table. This EP is full of greatness and dirty goodness. He definitely has  fun with his bass, and you will have fun listening to it. Without further ado, this is the part where I tell you to click download and enjoy. Only 5 tracks! Won't take up too much RAM space on your computer! Download it...go. Enjoy.
